About

I am a creative writer. I work to produce poems, short stories, and novels that will spark imagination and a love of reading into others. I have made church callings that have helped me grow as a leader and teacher in my life. I also work with children quite often as a youth leader, preschool teacher, and nursery assistant. I believe that every choice I make impacts someone else and I strive to live so that others know who I am and what I stand for.

Interview Questions

How do you evaluate success?

I think success to me means that you’ve failed at different points in your life. You have failed some attempts to complete a task or goal, but you get back up and try again, and I think that’s what success is. Success is failing but not quitting. I think someone who works hard and keeps trying is successful.

What historical figure do you admire and why?

I would have to say, Vincent Van Gogh. He was such a dedicated and passionate man. He tried to be something and to be someone. His life was hard, and he had a lot of trials and things he had to get through, but he still saw beauty in so many things. He could still see the stars in the night and the sunflowers in the field. He is a true testament to finding happiness in small things.

What would you do if you won the lottery?

If I won the lottery, I would first help my family. My mother, father, grandmother, and aunt and uncle are not doing well financially, and I want to repay them for all the things they did for me when I was growing up and starting. Then I would get myself out of debt so that I can become financially independent and reliant. Next, I would split the money I have left and donate one half to a charity, or find some way to give it to the poor, and the other half would go into savings so I could have money for my future family.
